Hospitality Headhunter Dublin, Ireland

With over 46 years in hotel and catering recruitment in Ireland we are the go-to hospitality headhunters. Not only for many hotel recruitment but also for catering recruitment contracts.

We have a long and well-known path in hospitality recruitment in Ireland since 1974. Our confidentiality, honesty and great knowledge of the hospitality sector are the reasons clients choose Action Recruitment. Likewise, for our calibre placements. We do not just place people in hospitality jobs, we match the right candidate with the right role. We have a global reach into the hospitality sector around the world. Surely, this is one of our strong unique selling points over our competitors.

We have become a part of many associations and institutions over the years. Moreover, we regularly attend the likes of World Travel Market in London, ITB Berlin and the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai. All of this allows us to forge strong face to face relationships with people overseas.

Client info

Indeed, we take client briefings very seriously. Therefore, we would meet with you to ascertain the profile of the candidate you are looking for as well as any specific requirements. After obtaining this information we would create a short list of candidates. This can either be 12 or 6 candidates but that part is up to you. If you wish a role to remain confidential, we will work within your remit to the best of our ability. We often have confidential roles that we’re actively working on. However, we do not advertise those.

We always aim to only submit applications of candidates that meet your specs. In other words, candidates that you will want to interview.

For roles over 150k euro we use psychometric testing, and we would collaborate with the client on a one-to-one basis throughout the whole process. Right down to the final selection. We are the longest established hospitality headhunter in Dublin Ireland.

You can get in touch with us today to give us your brief and you can contact Noel Cafferkey here.
