Some of the duties of the role will be:

• To establish and maintain the highest standards of service across all areas of the Spa Operation.
• To maximise the Spa’s business potential through effective yield management, booking procedures, strong retailing and up selling.
• To ensure all staff are trained as per company procedures and to mentor staff throughout this
• To keep on top of current industry trends happening

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as Spa Manager or Assistant in a luxury hotel environment
• CIBTAC, ITEC or CIDESCO qualifications
• Strong financial acumen along with sales/merchandising inventory management experience are also required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to lead by example and still drive the standards
