We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team of our client, a 4-star property in Kerry.
The ideal candidate will have experience as Sous Chef in a 4 or 5-star luxury property or a fine dining restaurant. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, including motivating the Kitchen team, menu planning and costings and maximising profit. You must have excellent communication, organisation and team motivational skills.
