We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the Kitchen team of our client, a luxury resort property in Galway. You must have experience as Sous Chef in a four or five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant and have a passion for delivering high quality food.
The Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. You must have excellent team motivational, organisation and communication skills.
