We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of this beautiful 4-star hotel in Co Galway.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous/ Sous Chef in a 4/5* property or upmarket restaurant
• Excellent HACCP & Health & Safety
• Have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• You can produce consistently high standard dishes in a busy kitchen environment
• You have strong leadership skills and strive to get the best out of the junior chefs in the team
• An understanding of financials would be beneficial
• Possess menu planning, purchasing skills
• Can deputise in the absence of the Head Chef
• You are on top of Industry trends
• Can legally work in Ireland fulltime
