We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of this beautiful 4-star hotel in South Dublin.
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous/ Sous Chef in a 4/5* property or upmarket restaurant
- Excellent HACCP & Health & Safety
- Have excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- You can produce consistently high standard dishes in a busy kitchen environment
- You have strong leadership skills and strive to get the best out of the junior chefs in the team
- An understanding of financials would be beneficial
- Possess menu planning, and purchasing skills
- Can deputize in the absence of the Head Chef
- You are on top of Industry trends
- Can legally work in Ireland fulltime
