An excellent position has now arisen for an experienced Sommelier to join this beautiful fine dining restaurant located in Co Kerry
What are we looking for?
- We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant and has very high standards
- The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be passionate about wine, food and delivery of service
- We are looking for a candidate who has relevant WSET qualifications
- You will need to enjoy working as part of a successful team but also on your own initiative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with a great personality
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written
- A candidate who can legally work full time in Ireland with no restrictions
- You will have a passion for everything fine dining
