An excellent position has now arisen for an experienced  Sommelier to join this beautiful luxury 5* hotel located in Dublin

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant and has very high standards
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be passionate about wine, food and delivery of service
• We are looking for a candidate who has relevant WSET qualifications
• You will need to enjoy working as part  of a successful team but also on your own initiative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills along with a great personality
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written
• A candidate who can legally work full time in Ireland with no restrictions
