Our client, a stunning hotel located in Co Galway are now recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take charge of their stunning restaurant.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working as a manager in a 4/5* hotel restaurant
- Experience working with AA rosettes and fine dining is desirable
- Exceptionally high standards when it comes to restaurant service
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
- A great leader and motivator who can get the best from their staff through leading by example but also delegating what needs to be done
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for all things 5*
- An excellent personality and impeccable groomed
- Can legally work in Ireland full time with no restrictions
