Our client, a stunning hotel located in Connacht are now recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Director

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working as a manager in a 5* hotel restaurant or AA rosettes
• Exceptionally high standards when it comes to restaurant service
• Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
• A great leader and motivator who can get the best from their staff through leading by example but also delegating what needs to be done
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A passion for all things 5* and fine dining
• An excellent personality and impeccable groomed
• Can legally work in Ireland full time with no restrictions
