Residential Manager. West of Ireland

Our client is looking for someone to manage 5 luxury Townhouses in the West of Ireland. The successful candidate will be reporting to the owner. You will be managing both the maintenance of the properties and providing a first-class service to the guests. You'll be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, and suppliers.

The successful candidate must be focused on providing first-class customer service with excellent administration skills. This would suit someone from a luxury or 5 star hotel background as a Duty Manager or Front Office Manager.

Salary 40k.
