We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Manager to join the management team of our client, a beautiful 4* hotel in Co Limerick. The Reservations Manager will oversee the smooth running of the Reservations department, maintaining standards, policies and procedures and leading, coaching and giving direction to the Reservations team.
We are looking for someone with Reservations Management experience or a Front Office Manager with strong Reservations experience, who is passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent standards of guest service. This role also involves managerial applications of reservations systems, understanding of reservation sales process, yield management system and strategic management.
You must have excellent team development, communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent written and spoken English is essential and Opera experience would be an advantage.
