Our Client in Leinster is looking for an Operations Manager for their busy and newly refurbished 4-star property.
This is a #2 role, reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager and requires an engaged and active Operations Manager who is ready to develop, mentor and manage the various HODs.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that the team deliver a consistently high standard of guest service whilst building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Making sure that a consistent management presence is always in place and that the objectives are met by clearly communicating with HODs and Duty Managers
- Monitoring all costs and ensuring that all spending is within the budget
- Chairing and actively participating in weekly meetings
- Forecasting Pricing and Revenue
- Promoting a strong team morale and ensuring a positive employee experience
The ideal candidate:
- A current Operations Manager with 2 years experience in a 4-star property. Experienced Food and Beverage Managers with a strong 4-star background and experience with Weddings will also be considered
- A natural leader and a clear communicator
- Have a strong personality and people skills
Salary & benefits:
