We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join the management team of our client, a well-established meetings and events business in Dublin.  Reporting directly to the Head of Conference Sales, The National Account Manager will manage existing client relationships and identify and develop new ones, converting new business opportunities within the market for the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying prospective clients in the market and drawing up business plans for converting new business opportunities
  • Influencing client decisions through effective negotiation and excellent customer and client focus to gain new business
  • Preparing detailed presentation documentation which demonstrates the company benefits to meet client needs
  • Planning for future sales activities based on KPIs and to meet individual targets
  • Negotiating terms of contracts with clients and contract management
  • Accurately recording client interactions
  • Complying with the business’s SOPs
  • Complying with all internal operational and financial procedures of the business.
