We are on the lookout for an IT Manager to join our client’s dynamic team and make their mark in one of the best hotels in Ireland. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the implementation, and maintenance of our client’s IT infrastructure
• Conduct regular performance assessments to fine-tune systems
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their unique tech needs and challenges.
• Tailor IT solutions to enhance operational workflows
• Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, researching and recommending cutting-edge solutions.
• Implement innovative technologies that elevate the guest experience
• Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Effectively manage resources, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate effective communication between IT and non-technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of technology initiatives and goals.
• Act as the go-to problem solver for IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions and minimizing downtime.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential disruptions and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Role requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• A wizard with networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
• Strong project management skills with a knack for turning IT dreams into reality.
• Excellent communication skills to translate tech jargon into plain-speak for our diverse team.
