We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the management team of this 5-star property in Dublin. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the HR Manager will be responsible for the HR function of the hotel, including recruitment and selection, legislative compliance, training and development, performance and recognition, administration and assisting payroll etc.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager within the hospitality industry (preferably in a hotel) and have a CIPD qualification or higher in HR. A strong understanding of Irish employment law and health and safety/legislative training are essential as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Knowledge of TMS is an advantage.
