Our client, one of the most prestigious hotels in Ireland, are now recruiting for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join their award winning team of this stunning hotel.
What are we looking for?
- You will have experience as a Head/Sous Pastry Chef in a 5* hotel or Michelin * background
- You will be on top of your game when it comes to pastry knowledge
- You have a passion for preparing and cooking pastries of the highest quality
- A true leader who can get the best from the pastry chefs by leading by example
- Can prioritise what needs to be done and work well in a busy kitchen
- A real team player in the kitchen
- Up to date with current industry market trends
- Can legally work in Ireland fulltime with no restrictions
- Excellent HACCP & Hygiene
- Reporting into the Exec Head Chef you will need to have expert knowledge of patisserie preparation and planning, as well as knowledge of bread making and afternoon tea
