We are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef on behalf of our client, a luxury resort property in the west of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as Head Pastry Chef in a four or five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
The Head Pastry Chef will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the pastry section of this busy kitchen, leading and motivating the Pastry Chef team in cooperation with the Head Chef, to deliver a consistently high standard of pastries, desserts etc. to guests. You must have a passion for food and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
