We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join the team of our client, a restaurant in the South-West of Ireland. You must have experience as Head Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel or similar grade restaurant.
The Head Chef will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant; including purchasing, menu planning, GP%, budget and cost control, team training and development, health and safety, food hygiene etc. You must have excellent team management, motivation, organisational and communication skills.
