We are seeking an experienced Head Chef on behalf of our client, a boutique hotel in Mayo. The ideal candidate will have experience as Head Chef and have excellent team management skills, leading and motivating the team and instilling quality and consistency of food service to guests.
You will be strong on finance, management and cooking, with a passion for producing high quality, on trend food using local, fresh produce. Interviews will commence in the coming weeks, with the successful candidate starting in January/February 2021.
