We are seeking an experienced Head Chef on behalf of our client, a luxury resort property in the west of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as Head Chef in a four or five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
The Head Chef will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the kitchen department. You must have a passion for food and have excellent team management, organisational and communication skills.
