We are now inviting candidates to apply for the position of Head Chef for this high end, high standard Restaurant located in Co Kerry
Reporting into the Executive Head Chef, we are looking for a candidate who has the following:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef in a 4/5* hotel or high end restaurant
- Experience with rostering/budgets/ordering and menu planning
- Excellent HACCP and food safety procedures
- A real team player who leads by example but also able to prioritise what needs to be done
- You have a passion for cooking high end food and take great pride in your work
- Can work well with the other managers and staff
- Is on top of industry trends when it comes to all things culinary
