Head Chef for Luxury Hotel in Munster

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Chef with fine dining experience or a Michelin background to join the Kitchen brigade of this 5-star property in Munster. We are seeking a Chef who takes pride in their dishes and strives to cook to consistently high standards.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef /Head Chef in a 5* fine dining property
• Excellent HACCP & Health & Safety
• You can produce excellent cuisine in a busy kitchen environment
• Can legally work in Ireland full-time
• You are a real team player and leader, someone who can lead by example and get the best out of their junior Chefs
• An understanding of financials, purchasing etc.
• Fine dining is your passion and you take great pride in your dishes
• You are on top of Industry trends
