We are seeking an experienced Head Chef on behalf of our client, a stunning hotel in Co Cork. You must have experience as Head Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel high end restaurant.
The Head Chef will be responsible for the day to day running of this busy kitchen, including menu planning, budget and cost control, minimising waste, food hygiene, health and safety etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume conference and banqueting. You must have a passion for food and excellent team management, motivation and organisation skills.
