We are seeking an experienced Head Chef on behalf of our client, a busy corporate 4-star hotel based in Dublin city centre. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as Head Chef in a four or five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
The Head Chef will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the kitchen department; including menu planning, purchasing, food GP & minimising food wastage, food hygiene, kitchen health and safety, team coaching, development and training. You must have a passion for food and have excellent team leadership, motivation, organisational and communication skills.
