We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Sous Chef for a 4-star property in the West of Ireland. We are looking for someone with experience in a 4-star luxury property, preferably Irish experience to deliver a high-quality standard of cuisine.
Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Experience with high-volume catering and events
Experience in a rosette restaurant
A strong kitchen manager with experience in gross profit and labour percentage
Excellent HACCP & hygiene procedures and knowledge
Excellent team management, motivational and organisational skills and can coach and develop the team with a strong team-work ethic
A passion for excellent quality produce
Experience with menu planning/wastage etc
Salary €55k+
