We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager on behalf of our client, a 4-star property in Munster.  The ideal candidate will have experience as  General Manager in a similar property or Deputy General Manager ready to take the next step in this very busy property, with at least 5 years’ senior level management, purchasing and revenue generating experience.

The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring an excellent level of guest experience, while aligning business goals with business strategy and ensuring the maximisation of profitability through effective budgeting, cost control and financial awareness.  He/she will effectively lead, motivate and manage the team to deliver excellent guest service standards throughout the hotel.

You must have excellent attention to detail, be proactive, professional and approachable, with excellent problem-solving, IT, financial, administrative, management and communication skills.
