The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a food and beverage operation and the ability to manage high-volume dining while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure that every guest has a memorable experience by maintaining the highest levels of service and attention to detail.
- Recruit, train, and mentor food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Responsible for cost control, and revenue generation.
- Implement and enforce service and operational standards, including regular quality checks and evaluations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings, ensuring they align with the operations brand and guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and training as necessary.
- Proven experience in a management role within food and beverage operations, particularly in high-volume dining.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding dining/service experiences.
- Financial acumen with the ability to understand sales targets and control costs effectively.
