We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Temps Desk Recruiter with recruitment agency experience to join the team of this established hospitality and healthcare recruitment agency in Dublin. We are looking for a commercial recruiter, with experience in sales and customer relationship management, ideally within Hospitality or Healthcare who believes in delivering a consistently quality service to hiring companies.

Skills and experience:
- You have 2 - 3 years' experience in commercial recruitment in Temp or Permanent services – ideally in Hospitality, Healthcare or Retail recruitment
- You thrive on delivering results for your clients & candidates
- You know the value of Business Development, Candidate Engagement & Networking to achieve your role KPI & revenue targets
- You enjoy learning new systems, new approaches & digital skills to reach clients and in-demand talent
- You are a Competitive, Experienced Recruiter who knows how to deliver Quality throughout the whole process
- You want to progress to a Supervisory or Team Lead Position in the next 2 years
Salary: open to negotiation with clearly defined commission & bonus scheme
