We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of our client, a 4-star hotel in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have experience as Executive Sous or Sous Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant and have a passion for food and delivering high quality food to guests.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the Executive Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of this busy hotel kitchen. You must have excellent team motivation, organisation and communication skills.
