With a 2AA rosette, popular destination bar and circa 100 plus weddings per annum, due to its location and scenery this property is always popular.

With a team of over 20 in the kitchen we want an exec chef who is focused on creating a superb working culture, thrives on sharing experiences and developing people, can reassess the whole food offering and is commercially astute.
