Description
We are looking for a passionate, experienced Executive Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef who is ready to make a move to the next level and take on the challenge of Executive Head Chef.
This property is a busy hotel with multiple F&B outlets and a large kitchen team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Menu design.
- Recruitment of Chefs and KP's.
- Control of all kitchen areas.
- Maintain GP and Labour Cost percentages.
- Develop junior chefs.
- Develop relationships with all hotel vendors.
- To maintain and assure quality processes and practice.
- To deliver high standard culinary services.
- Oversee large functions and ensure all dishes are delivered on time and to a high standard.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Experience as a Head Chef/Sous Chef in a 4/5* Hotel
- Excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise
- Can legally work in Ireland fulltime with no restrictions
- Has a passion for cooking and is on top of current industry trends
- An excellent leader who leads by example when it comes to the kitchen team
