Our client is a well-known 4-star luxury resort in Leinster 30 minutes from Dublin City. With a team of nearly 20 people in the kitchen, we are looking to recruit an Executive Head Chef. You must have rosette experience along with conference/banqueting exposure and excellent kitchen management experience.
This property has in excess of 150 bedrooms and just under 200 events per annum. Working with a very supportive and experienced General Manager you will be awarded a super basic salary and bonus based on food costs and wages.
