Description

We are looking for a passionate experienced Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef who is ready to make a move to the next level and take on the challenge of Executive Head Chef.

This property is a busy hotel with multiple F&B outlets and a large kitchen team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Menu design.
  • Recruitment of Chefs and KP's.
  • Control of all kitchen areas.
  • Maintain GP and Labour Cost percentages.
  • Develop junior chefs.
  • Develop relationships with all hotel vendors.
  • To maintain and assure quality processes and practice.
  • To deliver high standard culinary services.
  • Oversee large functions and ensure all dishes are delivered on time and to a high standard.
