We are seeking an experienced Exec Head Chef on behalf of our client, a stunning hotel in Co Cork. You must have experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous in busy hotel or restaurant.
The Head Chef will be responsible for the day to day running of this busy kitchen, including menu planning, budget and cost control, minimising waste, food hygiene, health and safety etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume conference and banqueting as well as a busy restaurant. You must have a passion for food and excellent team management, motivation and organisation skills.
We are happy to look at experienced Exec Head Chefs looking for a new challenge and will also consider a Head Chef or Exec Sous looking for their first Exec Chef role as we have a very supportive General Manager in place at the hotel
Salary is negotiable depending on the experience of the candidate but this will be discussed at interview stage with our consultant and then if happy we can submit your CV to the hotel
Hotel can also help out with temporary accommodation if you need to relocate
