We have an excellent opportunity for an Events Executive to join this stunning 5* Hotel located in Co Kerry

Reporting into the Events Manager, some of the duties of the role will be:

  • To co ordinate all events at the hotel including weddings and corporate events
  • You will be the point of contact for all bookings throughout the hotel
  • To handle all customer enquiries regarding events
  • Handle all administration duties
  • Prepare functions sheets for events in the hotel and arrange show arounds to clients
  • To generate revenue and new business opportunities for the hotel

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a hotel, in either events or front of house/reception
  • Experience using PMS system
  • Willingness to take direction and learn each day
  • An outgoing and warm personality, and you will love meeting and greeting customers
  • Can work well in a busy team and prioritise what needs to be done
  • Be sales focused
  • Can legally work in Ireland on a fulltime basis with no restrictions
