Description

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager on behalf of our client, a four-star property in Co. Dublin.  Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Duty Manager will oversee and assist with the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring quality and standards are consistently met and that each department delivers excellent guest service.

You will be overseeing the functions and weddings of the hotel, along with the bars and restaurants.

The ideal candidate will have previous Duty Manager experience in a four or five-star hotel, with excellent communication and customer service skills.  You must also have a passion for hospitality, a pleasant manner when dealing with guests and team members and have up-selling abilities.
