An exciting opportunity has now arisen in this fabulous hotel who are looking for a Senior CDP/Junior Sous to join their kitchen team due to an increase in business.

We are looking for dedicated Chefs who have previously worked in 4/5* hotels and have experience with both banqueting and restaurant service

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a high-end hotel/restaurant as a Chef de Partie
  • Excellent HACCP & Hygiene
  • Can work well as part of a team in a busy environment and on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Take great pride in your work and are passionate about cooking
  • Can legally work in Ireland fulltime with no restrictions
  • A chef who is committed to relocating to the midlands or border counties
