Chef de Cuisine for Luxury 4* Hotel in Co Clare

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine on behalf of our client, a busy 4-star hotel based in Co Clare.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as Head Chef in a four or five-star hotel or upmarket restaurant.

Reporting into the Executive Chef we are looking for a candidate who has the following:

• Experience with large scale banqueting and events as you will be overseeing the banqueting department
• Familiar with financials/costings etc
• A flair for cooking and a passion for luxury dining
• Experience with menu planning/wastage etc
• Keeps on top of industry trends
• A real leader who can lead by example and encourage a good team working environment
• A great mentor who the junior chefs can look up to
• Excellent HACCP & Hygiene procedures
• Have excellent time management and organisational skills
