We are looking for a Banqueting Sous Chef who has the following:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in 4/5* hotel
- Excellent HACCP & Hygiene
- Can work well as part of a team and also on own initiative
- Can work well in a busy kitchen and still produce excellent cuisine
- Can legally work in Ireland fulltime with no restrictions
- Excellent communication and personality
