Our client, a stunning 4* hotel located in Cavan are now recruiting for an experienced Banqueting Chef to join their kitchen team.
Working under the guidance of this renowned Head Chef, they are looking for a chef who is passionate about cooking and is well used to working high volume banquets and events.
What are we looking for?
- A chef with previous experience as a Banqueting Chef in a busy hotel or high end restaurant/catering kitchen
- Excellent HACCP & Hygiene
- Has a passion for cooking excellent cuisine to very high standards
- Can work well in a team environment as well as own initiative
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Can legally work in Ireland fulltime with no restrictions
