Assistant Restaurant Manager for 5* Hotel Co Kerry

We are now recruiting for an experience Assistant Restaurant to join this beautiful, award winning 5* hotel in Co Kerry

We are looking for someone who is presently working as a manager or supervisor who is ready to step up to the next level

Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, some of the duties of the role will be:

• Supervise the activities of all Restaurant staff to ensure delivery of service
• Be the face of the restaurant and greet all guests when they arrive
• Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion and tended to in a professional manner by every team member.
• Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.
• Ensure all staff arrive on time for their shift and have suitable attire
• To keep an eye on stock levels for the restaurant
• Be a great leader and motivator for staff

The Ideal Person:

• Previous experience as an assistant restaurant manager or supervisor in a 4/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understand the role involves a mixture of shifts and weekend work is required
• Ensure excellent standards are maintained throughout the restaurant
• Can legally work in Ireland fulltime with no restrictions
