We have an exclusive partnership with Ballymaloe House Hotel for this one-of-a-kind opportunity for an Executive Head Chef in their well-known kitchen operations.

We are looking for a chef who has the following:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Head Chef in a true fine dining property
  • A true foodie who is very passionate about locally sourced food and products served
  • Exceptional food ethos
  • Experience with Irish local and seasonal products
  • Excellent HACCP & Health & Safety
  • Ability to produce excellent cuisine in a busy kitchen environment
  • A passion for fine dining and takes great pride in their dishes
