We are looking for a chef who has the following:
- Previous experience as an Executive Head Chef in a true fine dining property
- A true foodie who is very passionate about locally sourced food and products served
- Exceptional food ethos
- Experience with Irish local and seasonal products
- Excellent HACCP & Health & Safety
- Ability to produce excellent cuisine in a busy kitchen environment
- A passion for fine dining and takes great pride in their dishes
