Our client, a stunning hotel in Co Clare are now recruiting for an Experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in this beautiful hotel. They are looking for a real foodie chef who is passionate about cooking food to the highest standards.
We are looking for a Head Chef who has the following:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef with a background in high end 4/5* Hotels
- Experience with both restaurant and banquet service
- Must be legally allowed to work in Ireland fulltime
- Fluent English both oral and written
- Excellent HACCP & Hygiene
- Can lead a strong kitchen team
- Has the ability to produce excellent cuisine whilst working in a high volume kitchen
- Previous experience dealing with suppliers and purchasing
- Excellent understanding of GPs and costings
- Excellent attention to detail
- Is up to date with current industry and market trends
- A real team leader who encourages learning and development of the kitchen team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
