Make the time to come and see us - it is unfair to our clients to put forward people for a permanent position unless we have met you, call us ahead of your visit to arrange an appointment to ensure we have sufficient time to talk through your needs.

If you are new to the area, or maybe you haven't changed jobs for a number of years we will discuss possible career directions with you and we will always give you an honest opinion of your potential. You are free to ask for advice from us - we are here to help you.

Although we are dealing with numerous permanent placements, we have very specific requirements from our clients. This may mean that we have nothing suitable straight away. However, your CV will be constantly reviewed whenever a new position is received. When the right job comes in for you we will contact you before sending your details to the clients - it is only in this way that we can protect your integrity. Unfortunately, there are other agencies who do not adhere to this practice and we strongly recommend that you do not give agencies an 'open brief'. This can cause disastrous results if your CV is circulated without your knowledge.

Once we have arranged the interview for you with a client, it is important that we hear from you with your feedback. In turn we will contact you as soon as the client has made any decisions.
