Action specialises in the recruitment of permanent and temporary secretarial office, light industrial and education staff. We have over 20 years experience in the recruitment business. We manage the recruitment needs of a wide range clients,on average place100 temporary and 300permanent staff every month. 

With over 5000 candidates registered with us at anytime as well as access to national media and online resources we are in a strong position to help you fill your vacancies. To ensure we get the best possible match, our trained and experienced recruitment consultants assess each candidate individually.

This assessment includes:
• A one-to-one interview with each candidate
• An assessment using ISV (approved by REC)
• Checking references of all temporary workers
• CRB checks

Recruitment Process 

1. If you have a job vacancy to fill we arrange to meet with you to discuss your brief, or take your requirements over the telephone
2. We then place the vacancy on to our internal database which is accessible throughout the UK
3. We market the position(s) through a variety of channels which can include the website and associated job boards, the local press, local radio and our window displays, to ensure we source only the highest quality candidates
4. We filter through suitable candidates to make sure you see only the very best
5. We provide you with a shortlist of candidates for your consideration and arrange interviews with those you select
6. Our recruitment consultants and branch managers will monitor the progress of your vacancy on a daily basis to ensure we are doing everything possible to fill the vacancy
7. Finally, once the vacancy is filled we make sure the successful candidate is fully briefed on the job and your organisation and continue to support you with our aftercare service
