Our History
Founded in January 1990 by Carol Fowler and Sue Powell, Action Recruitment is a firmly established member of the South & West Wales business community with strong working links. Action's quality reputation has been built by offering a personal and professional service to companies in the Swansea and surrounding areas, providing temporary and permanent office based staff.
With the business continuing to move from strength to strength, and to meet the needs of the changing economy, in 2008 Vanessa Powell was introduced as the new Business Manager. Capitalising on her 20 years recruitment experience and knowledge we were able to expand the business opening our Industrial Division, taking our services further afield into Mid, East and West Wales.
Building on our success within the Industrial Sector, in June 2010 we opened our Driving Division and providing the same personal and professional service we are now well placed to offer our clients throughout Wales both temporary and permanent staffing solutions across all sectors.

We curently supply staff to both Private and Public Sectors, covering a wide range of skill sets from HGV 1 Drivers to Filing Clerks and Accounts Managers to Production Operators. Action Recruitment works in partnership with our clients to deliver flexible and reliable staffing to meet changing business needs. This includes providing staff for a day, a team for a week, permanent staff or longer term contracts.
